First week of school

Newton has completed his first week at School. All went well and the students are normal.
He gave them all a vegemite sandwich, some loved it others hated it. A couple of the students held their nose whilst they ate the sandwich cause if you hold your nose you can't taste it.
He has 3 duties a week which consist of walking the halls for 20 minutes whilst the students each lunch, the lunch break is an hour long. There are 5 teaching lessons per day, they are 40 minutes long which is hard to get used to as he previously taught for an hour per lesson. The school day is from 8.30am to 3.00pm.

He is currently in seventh heaven as we purchased a 1.75 litre bottle of Baileys, its going down a treat. I have a bottle of Glayva (Scotch Liqueur) to warm the soul. :)

Today we went out for breakfast at Annina's Bakery then sightseeing. Breakfast was awesome but the fog was so thick we couldn't see 100 metres in front of us so we went shopping instead of sightseeing.  No snow this week but hoping for some early next week.  We are off on a school excursion on Tuesday - snow skiing. I am going as parent help. Should be a great laugh as neither us of have been skiing before.  Fingers crossed for no broken bones.
